Our work for this site included producing and directing stereoscopic 3D video - the first time this had ever been done for a major website. So novel was the spectacle, that it required spectacles of its own - aha! 3D glasses were given out at Mini dealers or through the mail to give site visitors the complete experience.

We’re working with TAXI FILM on their very first project a video for Juno nominees SHOUT OUT OUT OUT OUT. The shoot team totally rocked - SHIN SUGINO and his team are incredibly tight; the directors Lance, Nuno and Irfan from TAXI are naturals; MELD was on set for visual effects consulting and to make sure everything we need is captured as this is going to be a very post-intensive project. Everyone really put in 110% on this as I’m sure the final piece will show

We took the quick flight down to NYC last week and were lucky enough to make some time for the ARMOURY SHOW - INTERNATIONAL FAIR OF NEW ART. As these things tend to be, it was super overwhelming, a visual overload of art and people if you will. Lots of good work to take in, and lots of inspiration to be had.

We’re all coming down off the high of working in stereoscopic 3d for the new MINI.CA SITE. A couple bottles of asprin for migranes later and we’re all stoked on the potential of Turbovision. The lads at Pixelpusher put in a hell of an effort to get this thing live in time for launch.

it’s taken some coaxing, but we have now joined web 2.0 land. love it.
